GoodNeighbors 2 – Boulder Tap House – Alexandria, MN

Our Role: Designer-Builder, Developer

Project Location: 4961 Sanibel Drive, Alexandria, MN, USA
Building Size: 7,500SF

The GoodNeighbor 2 development features a 5,697SF Boulder Tap House restaurant and a 1,735SF Cricket Wireless retail space.

This building’s envelope utilizes textured insulated metal panels offset with natural stone. The textured panels offer the aesthetics of stucco and the energy efficiency and longevity of a metal panel. The natural stone, timber frames, and cedar siding combine to offer a refined rustic facade for the Boulder Tap House. The roof utilizes Butler Manufacting’s MR-24 standing seam roof system. The building was framed utilizing Butler Manufacturing’s Widespan system.  This project was started and completed within four months.
