This ground-up construction project features a total of 13,930 square feet and is built to support both administrative operations and efficient freight handling within a durable, high-performance structure.
Designed with a focus on functionality, safety, and scalability, the facility includes 2,147 square feet of business space and 11,513 square feet of low-hazard storage, all within a robust pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) system by Butler Manufacturing.

The entire facility will be protected by a code-compliant fire suppression system, ensuring safety and risk mitigation across all zones.
