Located in West Fargo, ND this facility provided Titan Machinery with a shared resource center for the company’s 91 Case IH, New Holland, Case Construction, and New Holland Construction dealerships. SRC provides accounting, information technology, marketing, training, whole goods, and warehouse space for critical parts that have a long lead time. The facility features a full-service kitchen and cafeteria as well as an outdoor patio area. SRC is a hybrid building that combines Butler’s pre-engineered metal building system, and conventional steel framing. The facility also features Butler’s MR-24 roof system, 8” Koretech walls with an R-40 insulation value, Butler Texturewall System, aluminum composite panels, and ribbon windows.
